(no subject)

Back from Orlando for a few days now. I can't say I'm a real fan of Florida. The weather was nice, but there wasn't much food I wanted to eat. The conference-thing itself was interesting, full of people, and exhausting. Having a change like that is always great at making me appreciate the normal days and not have them blur into boredom.

I didn't wind up planting my bamboo this weekend; partly because frolain and I (mostly him) spent several hours removing the wild rose thicket at the back of the yard, and partly because the forecast calls for two nights this week below freezing. I'll plant them next weekend.
