Books and time

I have rediscovered the public library. More particularly, that I can make it there and back on my lunch hour. This is dangerous and powerful knowledge. Or at least it's leading to me having a lot more heavy hardcover books around.

After being lame and punting on the garden club meeting last night, I realized I had some free time and started playing around with my sewing machine. I should do so more often, since I can make cool things with it. I found a costume pattern I had forgotten having, maybe I will go fabric shopping soon and start working on it.
