London update
Jan. 25th, 2007 05:34 pmThe London trip appears to have actually happened. At least that's what I assume under all the jetlag and 12 hour days so far.
I'm supposed to have tomorrow off, though I was worried for a bit that I might not. I'm thinking of doing some of the closer sights in Westminster (where I'm staying) such as the Cabinet War Rooms (where churchill ran WWII) and then heading to the Knights Templar's old compound tomorrow. Sat maybe going out west to Chiswick and the Kew gardens, and sunday the Victoria and Albert museum. Monday it'll be back to our London (actually Eton) office where I went for part of today, then tues and wed back to the site, and thurs head home. I realized today that in exactly a week I'll be back.
I am very very glad I'm flying American and not British Airways, as they just canceled 700 flights tues and wed due to a strike.
