Texas

I am going to Dallas (actually Grapevine, a smaller city near Dallas) over Memorial day weekend for my cousin's bar mitzvah. I'll probably have some free time to explore, though there are several events planned and there will be family I like and haven't seen in a while to hang out with. Any suggestions for things I need to do/see in Dallas? At the moment, my plans for free time are leaning towards exploring the local wineries, since Grapevine supposedly has wineries which are starting to win awards. (Wineries in TX, who knew?)
