Travel Plans

My mother is having a showing of paintings she's made for many years but never shown anyone, so I'll be heading out to Portland in February/March to go to her show. I'll also visit a 16 acre local bamboo nursery to get plants for my yard and bring them back as my checked luggage. Not quite sure what I'll do with the rest of my week there, but it might involve driving down to southern OR to see my grandmother, or over to the coast just for fun. Maybe I could even volunteer to help my dad work on the farmhouse he's gutted and is re-doing.
