I tried out an IAP yoga class last night. The best description I have is that it felt good for me. It stretched me out in ways I don't usually work on, I had to balance, and there was some small amount of strength training to it. Some of the strengthening parts were not great on my wrists, but they don't seem upset this morning. Anyway, I will try to go again next week. It turns out that this yoga teacher holds a class once a week on campus through most of the year, which so far seems much better than the other options I've looked into.
